Air Canada is going to ban carry-ons and charge a seat selection fee for basic fares in North America next year.  A purse or laptop bag will be allowed, but you’ll need to pay to check anything else.

Home sales surge

GTA home sales shot up 40% last month compared to the year before thanks to lower interest rates and pent-up demand. The average home price was down about 1% compared to a year ago, with condo prices down 5%.
